Claire Mitchell Benjamin is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Quitman Mitchell. She is married (John) and a proud mother of one daughter (Jada).  She attended St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School and Jess Lanier High School. She enjoys traveling and sporting events. She loves to swim, dance, and play volleyball.

This is Mrs. Benjamin's twenieth year teaching. Her career started at J.S. Abrams Elementary, where she taught for nine years before joining the Westhills team.

She has both her Undergraduate and Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Alabama State University.
